Senior Account Manager – Healthcare Advertising – Full-Service Agency – London – £50k


The Company

A full-service communications agency with two decades worth of delivering awarded campaigns across multiple industries with a world leading healthcare team.

Their work covers everything from social media or launch campaigns to website builds. This is an opportunity to gain a true variety in experience while provide strategic planning, customer journey mapping and helping clients to envision their future plans.

This agency works on prescription, medical devices, animal health, OTC & wellness brands bringing the most imaginative and boundary-pushing thinking to Health.

Currently their Health team sits at 25 as part of the wider agency and has been awarded as one of the top health teams in the world. They define what they do as “Story-first campaigns” across the whole of health from Oncology to Sustainability – If you are looking to develop your skill set and range of experience then this is truly the role for you.


The Role

  • Responsible for exceptional client service and account management activities for multiple accounts focused on Health (with the option to look outside of health if you choose)

  • Participates in development of clients’ marketing strategies and tactics; collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure consensus around tactics’ scope and approach

  • Support day-to-day client contact in executing ad hoc requests and delivering planned activities and materials

  • Ensure client feedback is gathered, understood and addressed as appropriate across deliverables and internally

  • Document status and otherwise communicate need-to-know information to all project stakeholders to ensure progression along critical path

  • Sets meetings, provides agendas and contact reports

  • Ability to run client calls or meetings independently

  • Manage account finances; must be able to track budget, raise invoices and POs



  • Experienced within Healthcare Advertising as either a step-up Account Manager or an established Senior Account Manager.

  • Ambitious and looking to grow your skills & develop with an agency

  • Based in London for 2 days a week in the office



  • 25 days Annual Leave + Bank holidays + Christmas Closing

  • Half days the day before any bank holiday
