Senior Medical Writer – Medical Communications – Beaconsfield – £45k+ – Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits
We’re working with a highly regarded, independent healthcare communications agency to find a Senior Medical Writer to join their collaborative and people-first team. Based in Beaconsfield, they offer a flexible hybrid model, with the team typically in-office two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

The Role
As a Senior Medical Writer, you’ll collaborate with experienced directors and cross-functional teams to develop compelling content across a wide range of therapy areas. You’ll play a central role in delivering scientifically accurate and strategically aligned materials that make a real impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing high-quality content for HCPs across multiple channels and formats
- Leading projects from concept through to delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Contributing to strategic planning and client engagement
- Supporting the wider team with your expertise and insight
You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A background in life sciences (MSc or PhD preferred)
- Proven experience in medical communications (min. 3 years)
- Strong writing, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail
