Research Manager / Senior Research Manager – London / Hybrid – Behavioural Comms Agency – Up to £65k Salary

The Role:
As a (Senior) Research Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact behavioural research that helps clients understand and influence health-related decision-making. This is a great opportunity to work on end-to-end research that truly shapes strategy and drives change.
- Lead on the design, fieldwork, and analysis of behavioural research projects
- Develop bespoke study materials like discussion guides and questionnaires
- Coach more junior researchers and provide direction on project delivery
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with business objectives and behavioural frameworks
- Contribute to winning proposals and bring fresh thinking to pitches
- Build strong client relationships and represent the agency in meetings and presentations
- Manage complex, multi-phase projects efficiently and within budget
- Play a role in shaping the future of the behavioural research team and tools
You:
You’re a curious, driven researcher with a passion for health behaviours and behavioural science. Whether you're a seasoned RM or stepping into an SRM role, you thrive in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in behavioural science, health psychology, or understanding health behaviours
- Solid qualitative research skills; quant understanding helpful but not essential
- Strong project management skills—you can juggle priorities and timelines with ease
- Experience supporting or leading client relationships
- Comfortable mentoring others and providing clear feedback
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Experience in line management is a bonus
- You bring energy, commercial acumen, and a problem-solving mindset to your work
