Research Manager / Senior Research Manager – Remote (UK-based) – Insight-led pharma consultancy – Up to £60k DOE + Bonus

The Role:

You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple primary market research projects within the pharma space, ensuring insights meet client needs while strengthening long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of qualitative and quantitative pharma MR projects
• Apply your understanding of therapy areas to research design, analysis and insight delivery
• Be the main point of contact for clients on project progress, timelines and findings
• Support proposal development in response to RFPs and drive repeat business
• Contribute to people management, coaching and motivating junior team members
• Encourage innovation and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards

You:

We’re looking for a confident, proactive researcher who’s passionate about delivering quality insights and building meaningful client relationships in the pharma space.

You’ll bring:

• Strong experience in managing multiple primary market research projects (agency or client-side)
• A solid grasp of MR methodologies, including complex approaches
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and ability to contextualise insights
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience managing or mentoring others is a bonus
• Must be based in the UK and happy to come to Manchester 1–2 times per month
