Account Director – Medical Education – Buckinghamshire–£60K - £70K and great benefits!

Independently owned medical education agency that have been established for over 10 years. They are looking to hire an Account Director to help lead on delivery of projects.

The Role

  • A great understanding of the accounts, client brands, strategy, and market environments

  • A skill set broad enough to lead the design and implementation of the medical education programmes, providing leadership to the team.

  • Giving regular updates to clients, managing any changes to plans or projects.

  • Preparing briefs, writing proposals and project plans.

  • Working with the client to suggest creativity beyond clients ideas when developing campaigns.

  • Ensuring updates and costs on finance trackers, being knowledgeable on the status of all finances, including timesheet management and final project reconciliation.

  • Spotting and developing new business opportunities.

  • Leading in new business pitches.

 

You

  • Experience within a healthcare agency as a Senior Account Manager or an Account Director.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Strong client partnership skills.

  • Have a passion for healthcare and an honest enthusiasm for the work they do.

  • A proactive and positive mindset.
