The Role

Lead the strategic development of the brands to ensure the delivery of engaging, creative work for the clients.

Building strong relationships with the clients and ensure there is focused leadership for the team.

Pitches and new business generation.

Responsible for a budget and ensuring this is reached.

Ensuring the team are developing and growing.

Being strategic and looking to bring positive energy.
You

Experience within a healthcare agency at Senior Account Manager level looking to move up or already an established Account Director.

Proven experience of building business relationships and growing global brands.
-
Experience of delivering print and digital campaigns.
-
Leading and mentoring experience.
-
Must have experience with significant budget responsibility.
-
A good work ethic with the desire and passion for healthcare.
