Account Director – Healthcare Agency –Oxfordshire – Hybrid – £58k - £68k and flexible working.

The Role

• Lead the strategic development of the brands to ensure the delivery of engaging, creative work for the clients.

• Building strong relationships with the clients and ensure there is focused leadership for the team.

• Pitches and new business generation.

• Responsible for a budget and ensuring this is reached.

• Ensuring the team are developing and growing.

• Being strategic and looking to bring positive energy.

You

• Experience within a healthcare agency at Senior Account Manager level looking to move up or already an established Account Director.

• Proven experience of building business relationships and growing global brands.

• Experience of delivering print and digital campaigns.

• Leading and mentoring experience.

• Must have experience with significant budget responsibility.

• A good work ethic with the desire and passion for healthcare.
