Account Manager – Global Healthcare Communications Agency – Central London / Manchester / Remote– £38K - £43k + Benefits

This full-service healthcare communications agency is seeking an Account Manager to join their creative, driven, and successful medical education team. Collaborating with internal and external teams you will be a dynamic, determined, and positive influence in the agency.

The Role

As an Account Manager you will be confident managing projects from inception to reconciliation, taking the time to understand and listen to the clients.

  • The day-to-day planning, organisation and execution of client programmes.

  • Liaising with journals/congress secretariats to obtain whatever may be needed.

  • Being the main point of contact for clients and KOLs for individual projects.

  • Delegating and working closely with junior team members.

  • Working closely and delegating to junior teams’ members.

  • Financial project management of assigned projects.

  • Embracing change, problems and delays with positivity and resilience to find a solution!

You

To be successful for this Account Manager role, you will bring a solid foundation of medical communication/education experience.

  • You must already be an Account Manager within a healthcare. Medcomms or MedEd agency.

  • Must be confident in creating timelines and budgets from scratch and leading on status calls.

  • Good understanding of pharma regulations.

  • Must have the desire to grow develop and learn, must want to be part of developing creative approaches and solutions.

  • A determined, calm, and resilient approach when the pressure is on
