The Role

Carrot Recruitment have partnered with an established market access and HEOR consultancy, who are currently in looking to build their team. Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Develop solutions for clients to optimise market access

• Build client relationships and ensure quality deliverables

• Manage and develop team members

• Lead proposal development and generate new business opportunities

• Gain a deep understanding of stakeholder perspectives and evidence needs in healthcare

You

• Relevant degree in healthcare or related field

• Excellent communication skills

• Broad experience in market access, healthcare policy, research, and evidence evaluation

• Expertise in healthcare value demonstration

• Ability to develop business and client relationships

• Proven track record in a similar role
