Principal Medical Writer, Medical Communications: Publications, Cheshire/Hybrid/Remote

The Role

Principal Medical Writer to join the medical communications team:

  • Content development across multiple workstreams including a publications focused account
  • Therapy areas likely to include Haematology, Rare Diseases, Immunology and Oncology.
  • Mentor, coach and review the work of medical writers to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Produce clear and creative scientific products
  • The team generally work together in the Cheshire office twice a week if hybrid working is preferred, otherwise it can be fully remote.


Likely to be a Senior or Principal Medical Writer with extensive writing experience from a Medical Communications agency:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically medical affairs
  • Experience mentoring/coaching of junior colleagues and reviewing their work for quality and integrity
  • Keen to focus on the delivery of high quality scientific materials
