Carrot Recruitment has partnered with a leading global healthcare consultancy to find a talented Project Manager (Architect). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real-world data (RWD) utilization.
The company are performing extremely well, conducting highly profitable DSP’s worldwide to address strategic issues across marketing, business intelligence, health outcomes, market access and communications.
Here's what you'll be doing:

Lead the "Architect" project, focusing on identifying and assessing existing RWD sources worldwide.

Manage and conduct observational/non-interventional studies using secondary data sources.

Develop and implement project methodologies, including search protocols and source assessment criteria.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support research projects from feasibility to publication.

Draft RWD study concepts and reports for client review.

Manage external resources, coordinate workload, and provide quality control for junior team members.

Contribute to new business development initiatives and proposal writing.
The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience conducting secondary data studies using RWD sources (e.g. CPRD).

Strong project management skills with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.

A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Superior analytical and interpretive skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
