Carrot Recruitment has partnered with a leading global healthcare consultancy to find a talented Real-World Evidence Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the industry.
The company are performing extremely well, conducting highly profitable DSP’s worldwide to address strategic issues across marketing, business intelligence, health outcomes, market access and communications.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Design and manage observational/non-interventional studies using real-world data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success from inception to publication.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and utilisation of real-world data sources.
- Contribute to new business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- Author and co-author scientific publications and presentations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in conducting secondary data studies (e.g. CPRD) and real-world evidence (RWE) research.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Superior analytical and interpretive skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
