The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day communications and smooth running of projects with clients.

Develop and maintain strong and trusted relationships with all clients.

Lead and ensure all projects are driven and delivered on time, on budget and in line with the clients’ strategy.

Financial responsibilities will include monitoring client budgets, reconciliations, forecasting as well as managing changes in scope.

Leading on proposal development.

Reviewing the projects with the clients and internal teams regularly.

Working cross functionally with the creative, designers, writers to produce engaging creative projects.

Line Manage the junior team in a positive, supportive manner.
You
To be successful for this Senior Account Manager role, you will bring a solid foundation of client management from a healthcare background.

You must already be a Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager within a healthcare communications environment.

Proven experience with developing and leading client relationships.
-
Must have a life science degree.
-
Experience in managing various projects at the same time. Including planning and delivery.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
-
Ability and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Comfortable presenting over teams and in person.
