Territory Sales Representative – Medical Devices – Wallonia, Belgium. – Upto €75k Salary D.o.E + Benefits & Bonus
The Company
- We are working with a large European based Medical Device company who specialise in In Vitro Diagnostic and point of care devices, to appoint a Territory Sales Rep for the Walloon region of Belgium. Our client is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare solutions and are committed to innovation, quality, and excellence in the medical field
The Role
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across the Walloon region.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and key opinion leaders to establish and nurture strong relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and educational sessions to healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and features of our client’s product range.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and build brand awareness within the territory.
You
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline.
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales.
- Strong understanding of medical diagnostic devices, technologies, and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in French and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
